The Royal Inter Pack site in Chonburi, Thailand is registered as meeting four internationally recognised standards for health and safety, quality, hygiene and the environment: British Retail Consortium (BRC) IoP Standard for food, packaging and other packaging materials and ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems. This means that our factories and processes are audited by independent third parties to ensure that our customers can buy from us with full confidence that our products consistently meet all the necessary requirements of the food industry.

We employ the very latest technology in our design and manufacturing processes to ensure a reliable supply of high performance packaging. In order to foster expansion we have recently invested in a new 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility based in Chonburi, Thailand.
At Royal Inter Pack we have the ability to provide finished products both made of traditional plastic materials including R-PET, PP as well as bioplastics. We have invested in the latest German recycled PET bottle washing line to produce super clean food-grade R-PET bottle flake. This super clean R-PET flake will be converted back into thermoformed trays and other food grade packaging applications, and therefore represents the ultimate solution of closed loop packaging recycling. We utilize the latest extrusion technology from Germany to make 100% R-PET plastic sheets from super clean post consumer R-PET flake for our clamshells and punnets. The R-PET flake and sheet technology is food contact safe and is approved by the FDA. We have implemented the track and trace program for supply chain traceability.
